This means that you need to have only ONE of these packs in your bag to be able to access ALL magical packs (including Costumes Chests and Onyx Stone Boxes). That means you can stick one in your inventory and leave all the rest in your bank! This is a HUGE inventory saver!

This item comes in a cute little package for you to unwrap and can NOT be traded once it is unwrapped. It can be deleted from your inventory.
