Tier Four - Spend 10000-14999 AP: Receive x2 Backpack Expanding Scroll, P/T Old Fashioned Chinese Costume (M or F), x20 Scapegoat Dolls and 5 Each Scrappers Scroll I-V, and P/T Oden Flag

Tier Five - Spend 15000+ AP: Receive 90-day Big Hp Necklace, 90-day Big MP Necklace, 90-day Vault Vortex, and 90-day Warehouse Leasex2 Backpack Expanding Scroll, P/T Old Fashioned Chinese Costume (M or F), x20 Scapegoat Dolls and 5 Each Scrappers Scroll I-V, and P/T Oden Flag

Backpack Expanding Scroll:
Each uses adds 5 slots of inventory (up to a max of 100)

A menu comes up and you can choose from any bag you have not already used. So for example, say you bought every bag but didn't do the elder quests you can choose the elder quests and gain 5 slots without having to do the quest!
